My plumber also found pipe breaks inside a wall that I never could have seen.One thing I found, the baseboard heat tends to pop at the joint from the pipe to the fine and tube.

I also added four fluorescent fixtures (used) from ReStore to my garage at home - about $32 total, including tubes and spare tubes.The ReStore does sometimes have new windows and doors that were overstocks, or a special order that somebody didn't go through with, or things like that.
