I tell myself that just getting to this point and buying my first property is a win itself by overcoming the fear that most have which prevents them from ever taking the plunge into REI.   

Hi All, have been ardently reading BP forums, listening to podcasts and webinars  and think I am ready to take the plunge into investing in a rental property.

Greetings,First time poster long time reader,The wife and I are finallY ready to make the plunge and start our journey.

I have my LLC set up, a rough outline business plan and will be joining my local REI but as far a taking the plunge I'm suffering from the infamous "analysis paralysis" when it comes to finding deals and making things happen.

They need to be plunged two to three times a week.

Short term vacation rentals is a different animal from what I’m learning.I suggest taking the plunge and renting it out.

Before you start investing, I would spending most of your time trying to learn.I spent over a year listening to the BP podcast, reading many books, and just learning as much as I could about investing before finally taking the plunge.

I'd do more research on that before taking the plunge and manufactured homes are tough to get good loans on.
