I would love to learn from and connect with those of you who partner with corporate hq folks (regardless of the "corporate" buyer) and offer them an inventory, or even one product/asset, for MTR/Corporate Housing.

I think they meet in person, but not sure it may be on zoom - they are not members of MAREI, so I don't have all the info - they do post their meeting on Meetup.And there are a lot of virtual meetings, plus MAREI events on our calendar. 

That’s less about the numbers and more about developing a niche and understanding your product.

Great product but can be pricey monthly

I believe Alexandria city allows it but portions of Fairfax county do not allow it. i would go option 1 personally. 

I think they've done a great job of building their product and if you already have a property listed on Airbnb, it's super easy to import to MiniStays (though it's not difficult to list your property there if you don't.)

Look into a DSCR, Debt Service Coverage Ratio, loan where the rental income can be used to qualify the cash out refinance instead of your personal income.To Your Success! 

Is there a point of contact person/business that handles all home investor concerns (general contractor, engineer, etc.)

Many clients will find it hard to trust a younger person with this big of a decision.
