Hey @Scott Chauncey, for the 2 SMLLCs, as long as they are disregarded to your personal tax return you can have them within the same QBO.

Be candid and do it in person.

They have installers as well.Take a look at Engineered Wood floors since this is your personal residence.

I don't personally have experience with it but it's not a great area at all. 

Having a person answer the phone costs the PM company substantially more than operating a support button with a delayed response.

The answer is its personal preference.

These will catch a buyer’s eye in any market, and it's no extra material cost to do so!

Offer a personal guarantee (reduces investor risk if you have the balance sheet for a PG to be worth anything).
