Everyone here wants to be active investors not passive investors.

The reality is most financially independent people went through a decade + of working 60-80 hours a week.

Getting rid of pitbulls, breaking up illegal activity, evicting nonpaying tenants, renovating to the studs so we can get higher rents.

One of the best ways to engage with the community is to remain active in these forums (reading & contributing).Setting up keyword alerts is a great way to get started.All the best!

I would suggest picking someone with the most forum posts or the most/best reviews that way you know they are actually active!

I would also pay by activity not by the hour.  

I remember once I was in a nice area of ATL at a closing and the attornies office was hot I asked whats up he said his two condenser got stolen that night LOL.. its a very active sport out East of the rockies we just dont hear of this on the west coast..

It’s astounding how many fake documents are circulating today—you can find everything from fake references and stolen Social Security numbers to falsified income documents.To combat this, we rely on tools like Plaid, Verifast, and Snappt, which are excellent for verifying financial information and detecting fraudulent activity.

Given the lack of activity / buyers in the market at this time with rates, would you reccomend holding and renting it until the market is better to sell in?
