The IRS is concerned with the tax return that is reporting the activity of the property. 

Another concern is after the two years, I still wouldn’t be lendable for most properties in my markets due to that lack of income. 

Spend a year learning and going to meetups before you fork over a $50-$100k franchise fee and half of your profits and don't even know what you are doing.

I can't find a lot of other cities where you can find deals with positive cash flow and amazing appreciation potential.Plus Anduril just announced another 4k jobs and over 1B in development in Columbus Ohio.

Its the same thing over and over and over again...... accounts contributing nothing to the forums other than their endorsements for Rent to Retirement.

They have a brand they're trying to keep consistent over the entire portfolio.

@Jacob Dalton - I have been a landlord in Chicago for 13 years and as an investor agent I have worked with 200+ investors on the north side of Chicago over the last 10 years. 

The fact that you cannot find much information about their LLC is not a concern.
