The 5K in concessions is just to bait you in to overcharge you everywhere else.

They should also invest in real estate.Stay away from the rapid refund places that advertise to poor people and overcharge them.

There's plenty of money to be made in wholesaling cars, I'd think it would be more respectable than wholesaling someone's home and overcharging a real buyer, but I guess it takes all kinds.

I understand--you may be correct that they are overcharging, but it is hard to tell unless I'm looking at their line item breakdown.
