Short story, landlords tend to run away from QB, not towards it.You might give other software designed for landlords a try before moving back to QB.

If you decide to go the multifamily route, Real Estate lab .com is a multifamily software for deal analysis plus they have many other useful features. 

I would check on this website on the find an agent feature or search Zillow for teams/agents in your area doing 25 or more deals a year.  

To check the proof in the pudding: look at Avantstay's host ratings on Airbnb or other platforms.
