Being a NYC resident (originally from Long Island), the price of entry in the area is on the higher end, so I've been considering some options in the NY Capitol region, as well as NJ and CT.

April is the only real low month.It's a funky place -- essentially a 5 room motel (originally built 1959) with a manager's unit (built 1984) tacked onto it. 

The original post is, frankly, garbage.

Some of the original framing remained but that was it.

The building is likely an old (100 yrs. or more) uninsulated or under-insulated wood frame building, possibly with the original single pane windows.

I originally started investing here from out of state myself and understand the importance of building the right team.Best of luck!
