While I agree with Steve this is not showing the pattern of a well orchestrated DoS, it does not smell like Ad Spamming either.

The seller is a licensee, he has the same duty to the licensees that brought him the offers.Otherwise, you're putting the seller in a position where it looks like he may have orchestrated his offers putting together a better offer and trying to cut the other agent out if the property is sold to another entity, like a partnership. 

You can use Hard Money or "Private" money to finance you for the one special day you need it.So if you can successfully orchestrate a double closing, dont worry about getting funding.
