I would focus less on quantity and more on quality.

There were at least 4 maybe 5 individuals on Dave’s team that handled numerous things like; getting any necessary info from me and the title company, providing my account statement (proof of funds) for the sellers of my replacement, working with ERG for the exchange documents I needed to sign for both closings, and getting the 45-day form filled out and sent back to ERG.

Arizona and going for quality properties vs. quantity and long term goals and passing on generational wealth. 

These guys want their 12M back and the rest of the LP's might as well pick RED or BLACK....For us, we are in numerous Synd's and generally doing well except this one.

The second estate he inherited was from his half brother; he once again operated their estate in a way to keep it whole and did not do land development; instead he started numerous business endeavors to keep the estate profitable. 

As to your numerical goal, you can certainly exceed that (and ultimately by a large margin).Most would-be real estate investors get distracted along the way but have lots of smart phone apps.

city / state reversed the law that made all drugs legal that was a bone head move .. and they finally figured that one out.. the next one they need to reverse is that any theft under 900.00 basically is just a ticket and not enforced thats also led to the rampant theft that has closed down numerous business's .
