We normally get a ton of candidates but few that make it to showing status. 

We started raising the rents on the 3 and 4 BR units until the rate of leasing slowed to a normal pace.Fast forward two years and we found ourselves with higher vacancy on those same units. 

Normal comp is 100-150 bps on volume for these roles if commission only and completely self-generated leads.

We then use this to compare actuals to throughout the year and normally do a reforecast at the end of Q1 as thing evolve and change.
