In addition to the 1.1 gpf (liquids)/1.6 gpf (solids) toilets, I see they now have the 0.9 gpf (liquids)/1.28 gpf (solids) toilets.Any experiences or thoughts on their durability/appropriate-ness for a rental?

If you're inclined to live in the Mission, I'd stay away from the South Van Ness corridor (it's quite a busy thoroughfare, and a bit seedier/less family-friendly), and aim more towards the Valencia & Noe Valley side of the Mission.
