I think another idea is come up with some renderings and a slide deck and go make presentations at the closest senior centers, Rotary and other service clubs, maybe several nearby chambers and see what kind of interest there is.

You can look up 2-4 units nearby that's sold and see which agent did the best or has done the most volume.

The best way to find a handyman is to look for business cards at coffee shops and local restaurants.
