Under 10 min drive to Montclair State University, Upper Montclair NJ Transit station and close to route 3/garden state parkway intersection in a great kid-friendly neighborhood.With 4 bed and 1.5 bath the current layout is ideal for a family.

Are they supposed to do the gardens too? 

We have some of the best inventory in the country for 2-4 units, and we have a LOT of 2 units, 2 units "plus" a garden unit and 3 units.

I like the position of Wes Moss from his books and podcast - more than 1 source of income (RE + something else), paid off primary residence, a pile of liquid cash or investment reserves (he suggests $500k+).
