So my focus will certainly shift to Portugal.Also because as a REI mentor once said to me "if there is no more grass on the pastures (in this case Germany/Austria), then you need to look for new ones" ;-)My initial (and still very broad) area of focus will be the L-shaped area along Linha de Cascais to the Atlantic and then up the coast till Ericeira.Hope to be on the ground later this summer and always happy to connect and exchange.

Honestly trying to get my hands dirty with wholesaling or even working with a mentor.

Learn as much as you can for free first before dropping thousands on courses or mentors. 

I am looking for a mentor/coach who can help/guide me through the business.

It would be incredible if I can meet someone who can coach me through my first deal... some sort of a mentor.

Sometimes their speakers have trade show booths where you can speak directly with them or they are available before or after their speaking session.

I do not need to push CA RE and have little to gain which places me in a different category than many of the people who have posted on this thread including the OP who is a realtor, property manager, and sells mentoring (at what appears a reasonable price) in his Ohio markets..I simply notice that L.A. is burning because the mayor cut fire support by $17 million dollars, she wanted to cut it more.

(I helped/mentored a lot of hosts to know this)Of course, it is market-dependable and depends on the size of your accounts.
