I want to know these things today when making a decision.

This decision will also be impacted by your interest rate.

I am trying to make a decision on whether to hire Anderson or not.  

The tenant doesn't get to make the decision on who they work with.

I would recommend just reading up more on both industries and make a decision from there.

No decision yet, but it's looking good for the investor, as they were able to find about 20 other houses in the area that have been operated as STRs for years with no complaints.
