Charles' sessions are great and really in depth.

Because the contact (a) knows we exist (b) knows the problems we solve, so now we get into some of the "HOW" items to solving, which NO is not about diving into in depth detail, it's general detail, over-view detail and reinforcing how we are GREAT at delivering those solutions.

The primary variables are depth, soil structure and the need for shoring, rock interference  and setback/travel distance.

If you're looking to target a family with young kids or older folks then you may want to consider it a little more in depth as these people may need a tub.

I will definitely screen my buyers more in depth in the future to prevent this from reoccuring. regarding the continued marketing clause, I came up with this to include in my contract. 

They aren't secrets or anything... and while they are a bit 'fringy'... they are perfectly legal as I understand it... just manipulating the credit scoring system by playing by their own rules.Hope it helps!

The apps you're referring to are suited for hand-outs and entry level project starting points - not for official purposes - unless they can be imported into actual CAD software and manipulated (".dwg" files).

That is part of what I am paying the GC for, however it has allowed me to understand the process in depth, as well as keep an eye on costs.  

I have also just finished up with an entrepreneurship class as well which went very in depth into business plans.
