If you are near a major city like Austin, you will always have a stream of guests you can find.

They say not to make two major life changes within a year. 

With a 203k Renovation loan, you can also finance in your payments if you are doing a major rehab. 

I believe this is the issue at hand its the collateral.when you look at NPN pricing you will see this..
