I have a whole team behind me who run these logistical games all day long.

It is just logistically easier when you can pop in on a flip anytime or oversee your rentals personally to get experience. 

As far as how will that work logistically?  

It would probably also be more valuable if you can find out what is legally buildable (height, footprint), what logistically works on the lot, and possibly even some ballpark quotes and contacts.

logistics come into play.. if your in CA and want to buy a rental in another market the logistics of doing it remotely are quite tough.. 

First, I would talk to your broker or office manager, they will be a great source of help in figuring out the logistics of the paperwork, etc. 

I can't really argue with the premise (although getting those other 90 checks does create some logistical headaches) but I can argue it would likely to be easier to buy 100 doors in Akron than it would be to buy 10 doors in Del Mar.  

Most of my jobs have been transportation/logistics/supply chain related and I've come to a cross roads of either do it or don't start investing.  

Logistically it's challenging since we don't have much time nor a truck to transport plywood to the house.
