How valuable is this location in that market? 

I'm a realtor, investor and own a construction company located in College Station, Tx.

With $1mm cash we can do 3 locations netting $40,000 before income tax per month.  

I would recommend that you don't ignore it; repair the drywall, monitor it and see if the drywall cracks in the same locations again.

Hi Matthew,I am located in Roseville CA which is just north of Sacramento.

My hope is they will be removed from the property prior to 2/15 but, I'm worried if paperwork was done incorrectly (I don't believe it was) and I need to start the process over again, I can just fall back on the 30 day notice.

The first showing had negative feedback and potential tenants identify issues with flooring which Evernest never brought up to me even thou they did a walk thru prior to listing going live.
