If you are saying you want to be making 350k a year from real estate before you leave your job, you have a LONG way to go and aren't thinking of it the right way right now.

Getting you to finish the work and then to leave are other problems I see in your "deal structure."

Now I've heard they will leave it open to other bookings from Vrbo, but block other platform calendars that you have synced to yours, so they will block your Airbnb calendar for that time.
