It helped me establish relationships that supported my investing aspirations and the leadership helped me along the way. 

Just like you shouldn't buy a stock until after you research and understand what they do, their leadership structure, and their performance (among other factors), you also shouldn't start in real estate investing without first understanding WHY real estate is a good fit for YOU personally, and how it aligns with your life/financial goals. 

I also think we have an opportunity with a change in leadership that is coming.

Leadership teams across the world are having these conversations. 

I would also blog about the entire process, start building a thought leadership platform and connecting with more investors so that I could scale from 8-15 to 30-50 and eventually up to 75+.

The reason I left REIN after 12 years was because once Don Campbell left, the new leadership forgot that.

We can only hope for a big change in leadership, that the city declare bankruptcy and cede its political power to the county and state, some kind of large federal spending program targeting poor areas or some kind of combination.

It's political leadership like this that will undo the 25 years of economic growth in the City of Philadelphia.

People need to trust you and the best way to gain trust is through thought leadership and experience.
