I have rental agreements for my LTR but couldn't imagine using that for my STR.

I can't imagine the logic of sitting there and reject it all when they have been doing what I want to successfully for years.

That is about the ONLY way that out-of-state can work in my imagination....You live 2 miles away, you are ok going over 3 times during a month to collect....

I could only imagine the legal agremeents needed on who has what right/easements etc.

Imagine turning your investment into a personal getaway when it’s not booked—sounds way better than a condo-hotel in Vegas, right?

If you want to fill your property with residents sourced from the companies above, imagine being the overworked, relatively low-level employee tasked with finding the appropriate housing ASAP.
