Take a look at google maps and you’ll see that end of Main St. has mostly fast food, dollar stores/goodwill stores, liquor stores and check cashing stores, not trendy coffee shops, breweries or restaurants (yet).

I'd rather offer them goodwill and have them work with me and pay their rent with the upcoming stimulus, than feeling that they'll just go ahead and wait out the eviction or just move (without notifying me), because it'll be hard to fill any vacancies right now.
