You might want to say that you don't want to be held responsible for their mail, incase some of their mail gets either misplaced or you end up getting accused of something.

I knew what you were getting at and did not accuse you of misinformation.  

Perhaps, this is the "big boys" room (big girls too) and it is your firm belief that your statements push people to greatness.

@James @James CarlsonOriginally I had single family homes in my buy box as well and was fine with renting out the other rooms, but I started dating a girl about a year ago so I had to change my plans a bit.

Don't do it by the room either, keep the kids as a group so if one guy or girl isn't paying the rent, the other ones are on his butt so you don't start emailing their parents telling them they're behind on rent.

Not one thing that I started is false or a lie as you accuse without any evidence.
