You should call your municipality just in case, however if you aren't pulling power/water/gas to the storage unit, then they may just give you the green light on your project.

Anyways, I have talked to a lot of people about this because I have been concerned about it, but after working in the oilfields for the last 5 years, Ithink that it will be slow for a while but we have a ton of oil and gas to develop up here so I see a long future up ahead for Alaska with oil and gas.

I am going to keep a separate business checking account for these activites and will use it strictly to get gas to drive to property, deposit rents, pay mortgage, drive around for properties, reia memberships, repairs, etc.

I also remember gas shortages when we had to lineup all the way around the block and wait for hours to obtain enough gas to fill our tank.Bryan-I've already stated that I'm comfortable with hyperinflation up to 100% annually.

I'm now planning on adding a couple of bedrooms and a couple of bathrooms to my primary home and adding a second ADU, my question is how do I know if I need a second gas meter to supply gas to that other ADU or can I just get a gas meter with a larger capacity for all three units/homes?
