By the way, anyone who's a smart investor right now would have already sold their "assault" rifles at the inflated panic buying prices then wait until the liberal hand wringing dies down and prices go back to normal and rebuy a standard AR rifle at the normal price of about 700 bucks.The first thing Obama did with this crisis is to start using it for fundraising.

Maybe it would be more beneficial for us over all to use the NPO for the fundraising side, then partner with an investor/investment group to share ownership of a larger building in exchange for them actively managing it and keeping it up.

I can name lots of RE tasks that consistently generate more than $50/hour (fundraising, marketing, strategy/planning, networking, etc) -- do those and you'll make more than you're saving by swinging a hammer.That said, if you're doing the work because you love the work or because you take pride in doing it yourself, go for it.
