The sad reality is most folks today are double minded ,fickle ,and have no intestinal fortitude 

The emotional fortitude required only gets more difficult from here.

ALSO, IF YOU GET A RENTAL AND CAN'T AFFORD TO KEEP IT VACANT FOR 3 MONTHS WHILE YOU WAIT FOR GOOD TENANTS TO APPLY, DON'T EVEN BOTHER (YOU'LL SELDOM HAVE TO WAIT THAT LONG BUT IF YOU ARE UNDER FINANCIAL PRESSURE TO FILL A UNIT OR YOU DON'T HAVE THE TIME OR THE PERSONAL FORTITUDE TO SCREEN CAREFULLY AND ACCEPT ONLY GOOD TENANTS - YOUR CHANCE OF SUCCESS IS VERY LOW). 

Pretty unreal this guy has the fortitude to brag about his squatting.

F to me equals war zone ..ex:Shootings open drug deals and break ins ..That being said I’d agree a lot of people getting into real estate go for these places without the knowledge or fortitude and fail and or regret it big time .

It's not the ideal life but if it's what it takes to make your goals happen, and you have the testicular fortitude to do it, then do it.
