Cost me $375/month (3 month minimum so I'll probably just move the same stuff and a few other pieces to my other vacant property that isn't selling either) and $200 for delivery/set up/pickup.I also took a bunch of artwork and random items from my own house and set it all up there, brought in some fresh flowers, and I set up the pub table with two glasses, napkins and a bottle of wine for a nice visual.

Give them a $25 gift card to a local nursery so they can plant some flowers (or cactus as they case may be).When I inherited tenants last year, the landlord had raised their rent right when they put the place up for sale - to make the numbers look better.

Having things blocking the house like bushes and large trees is distracting in exterior photos and you'd be better served by having a planter bed of colorful flowers instead.
