I just went throught the entire screening process and its more like $6,800. 

The only other fee we charge for this program is a flat $1,500 services fee.

There are also companies that will do it for $100-300 flat fee or $30-50/yr.

Great resource for advertising your property, but not so great for screening. 

They sealed the entrances using metal screens (one around a pipe), but now the areas look unsightly.Additionally, there’s ongoing construction in the condo complex, which may have driven the mice into my unit.

Keep in mind that Wayfair is not a manufacturer, they are a screen scraper and drop shipper.

I'll just add that having many SFRs, duplexes, 3-flats already that helps the transition.

The lot is flat and level, so we only need a short gravel driveway.
