hi @Jaycee,  the top floor(the one you see on the listing 8915 E Wes Pl Tucson), is essentially a ground floor as far as entering and exiting the home as the bottom floor(finished basement etc) is underneath it built into the other side of the foothill the house is sitting on.  

I'm currently using a website that I created 4 years ago, posting vacancies by creating a page and cross linking it to a form in my website for applications.  

There's a lot of info here on BP and I'm just trying to take it one step at a time in the "Get started" section of the website.

We also have a finish carpentry business.

Lancaster city limits short term rentals to only certain zones of the city so definitely look at the city website for that information.

This is usually a 12 month commitment that is "Interest Only" and after you finish the rehab and get a tenant, then you refinance into a DSCR loan.

I got a hold of the owner by looking up his information on the county website.

Do they value nicer finishes and design or is that additional cost lost on the typical tenant in that pocket?
