Websites for bad tenants
1 September 2008 | 2 replies
My screening service has a confidential "tenant report card" for bad tenants where you can list a tenant and what they did to your property (which I am currently filling out as i have so much damage in such a short period of time--from a lawyer no less)but it is just for my state -a landlord would have to use my service and her name would come up--she and her deadbeat "fiancee" moved to Texas and I wish their new landlord could have found out about them.Any ideas or thoughts from anyone?

About to close on my first condo...and a few questions...

If you have a high credit score - you'll get a high credit limit and visa-versa.I agree with Jpopkin - some of your questions should have been asked and answered before offering a contract on the condo. Also - it scares me that you are trying to rent this condo with very little knowledge of what to expect.
