I appreciate your feedback. - Mobile homes are permitted I've verified with the recorded restrictions and by calling the Property Owners Association. - Current owners have surveys, this is a new subdivision.- Public sewer available.- Current owners purchased many lots and they haven't developed them.

And not even posts where users give me and/or BiggerPockets negative feedback, no matter how much I do not like the posts, or how untruthful I personally feel them to be.

If you found this buyer I would say that its worth finding and then looking for the sellers but I believe that would take a lot more time than finding sellers and getting a bunch of buyers as opposed to just 1.I appreciate this feedback.
