That’s nice, but why must you grow right now, particularly when you’ve already said you’re uncomfortable with the idea of expanding (stress)?

However, there's nothing to be ashamed of; this is a problem that most people encounter and easily overlook, and it can even lead to stumbling, as I got lost there for a while too.

Who cares about lifetime interest costs, except to the extent you can easily lower them (refinance to a lower interest rate) to increase your cashflow.

They told me that they've rarely had a screen crap out, but if it does, they told me that I could buy a new one from them if I wanted, but could likely get a better deal from Costco and easily pop it in.
