We're in escrow on a nice one built in 1997 in a great rental neighborhood (jobs, shopping, commuting, ethnically diverse) in Indianapolis

(We’ve had visitors from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Bali at different MeetUps, making us a truly international group.)Our MeetUp features different ethnicities, different native languages, different countries we’re all living in, but we all share a common love of real estate.

Probably 1/2 the sales were to investors from one ethnic group. 

GreatSchools.org also includes race/ethnicity by school, and grades schools based on test scores, then partners with ZillowGroup to locate homes for sale in each location. 

I’m also ethnically Filipino and have witnessed first hand the way business is done in my own personal life.

Others' behavior could be people that are likely to have similar proclivities to you, similar geography, similar age, ethnicity, buying habits, interests ... whatever. 

The Landlord told me under no circumstances does he want that particular ethnic food cooked in the unit.

Isn't it sort of racist to market to a certain ethnic group?
