I believe there is a huge opportunity outside of a new Ford plant rising up in west TN.

Not sure if they are building more fab plants . 

@Michael Plante it's good to hear your friend is successful - I feel like it's all about the numbers - I think I have identified a piece of property about 1.25 acres for under $300k.

Have around 100 MHP- About half with waste water treatment plants.

., definitely string lights somewhere that makes sense, and other decorative accessories like plants.

Furthermore, Intel is spending 20 Billion dollars to build two semiconductor plants, and many more great things presently and coming in the future.

Maybe for plant storage, maybe for cats to play in, but I almost never see full use by the owner there.   

I have been looking that direction recently too, because I read news another day Honda has built a car-parts plant near Lincoln AL?
