Acquire an entrepreneurial mindset first and you'll do much better in the long run.Yes - "entrepreneur" is a PITA to spell.

Hi there,My name is Jeremy, I am 41 and new to real estate investing.My wife and I are entrepreneurs and at this point one of us could easily free up enough time to become a real estate professional and take on our goal of building a large portfolio - for the purpose of long term investing but also the tax benefits (for now) associated with depreciation.We have very little experience.

I'm a retired Marine and an entrepreneur with an LLC out of Arizona, but have recently moved to Missouri.  

I have over 11 years of marketing experience developing marketing campaigns with big brands like Verizon Wireless and Qualcomm, 6 years of event production experience and over 11 years as an entrepreneur and small business coach. 

Bankers will never be entrepreneurs and because of that their behavior is quite different than ours,, haven’t you noticed?

We have several co-working spaces in Santa Barbara however, there is definitely a need for it due to the high level of startups and young entrepreneurs.  

Out of this, we realized that we wanted to bring more tenants, homeowners, investors, and entrepreneurs to this area.
