You’re right, I’m just always conscious on spending the right time on the right tasks.

And yes, they are very energy conscious.  

There might even be an increase in demand for single-family homes as people start to become more conscious about catching a disease from others.

I will do this, but i am more looking to "pay the price" for the time lol. i know many investors are very time conscious.

My consciousness does not allow me to cut corners for a couple of thousand dollars more in my pocket, knowing that I wronged someone to get it. 

I am conscious that there is going to be resistance on this as some cannot do without AC.

Without the exclusive, any agent you try to work with will most likely, consciously or unconsciously, put you on a back burner because they are servicing the clients who they are in contract with and have an obligation to produce for as stated above. 

Over leveraged landlords are prime pickings for more experienced cash conscious ones.

In the meantime, I'm an experienced registered Interior Designer who is willing to help with completing on trend "investment conscious" flips.

Seems rather difficult to find a a clear and conscious answer on this from online searches...
