As Erin mentioned, there are many opportunities based on the market's work demographics and the multitude of travel nurses/doctors we have to support your investment goals.

We currently occupy about 65% of the space but just signed a lease to another doctor so our portion (owner occupied) is down to about 40%.  

This means we can expect that many of our tenants will be nurses, doctors, educators etc and will need quick access to the U.
