Anyone have insight on this, last ditch effort here! 

My last ditch effort will me an FHA with soley my fiancee on the note.

At 6:45 run to town to rent a Ditch Witch to put in water and electric lines. 

I would pull the bushes and go with something smaller maybe replace the wood trim on the brick pathway and paint the outside and ditch the awnings!!

That way if you want to do something with the land like build a single family home you could just end the lease and ditch the mobile home.What is the land worth anyway?

I'll share my experience with water issues:I have a "stream" on my property...it's really a drainage ditch put in 75 years ago.

I often wonder how many of those sitting in traffic ever think about investing in RE just to ditch the 9-5 commute ??

I agree with the approach to verifying its broken rather than ditching it and introducing a new system.

I could understand a heloc on it but why ditch it?
