In fact, it can be very disempowering to be the only female in a group with all these men talking over you and excluding you from the conversation (and this happens a lot to many of us.)I'm certain that we all hope to break into the majors like Jackie and take advantage of every opportunity at our disposal, but that doesn't mean that learning from other women who have already had success wouldn't be extremely valuable for many of us.

You're either going to sell at a loss and have to make the difference up at closing from your other assets or you're going to work out the debt on the property, get tenants in there and dispose of the bad memories whenever you can do so at a reasonable profit in the future.

You have two steps available to you here, and you might be able to do both of them, you can at least do number 1.1) Given you already have the cost segregated on your building, assuming you had a good quality cost seg study that breaks out the different pieces of the roof, dispose of the old roof and take a loss on that old roof.

Sorry about that I worded that incorrectly I meant unexpected repairs things that I should set aside money for just in case something does happenSo for the expenses you mentioned such as garbage and landscaping, those would be considered operating expenses not unexpected expenses since I know I will always have to pay for garbage disposal and landscaping
