Because of wholesaling, I find deals 95% below market value (Bought a house for 5K)I bought a ready to put on market house that is valued at 320K for less than 70% below market value with about 10K of repair cots (keep an eye out in the success story section within a month or 2).Because of wholesaling, is my website stronger than most sites here.Because of wholesaling am I WICKED tough and strong.Because of WS am I a MASTER marketer, negotiator and superior deal finder.Because of WS, am I now flipping 3 houses, and have 1 more under contract.I started with wholesaling and because I'm really good at it, am I better than the average investor that never succeeded in wholesaling.Wholesaling gives you the NUMBER 1 skill you NEED playing this investing game.Finding seriously below market deals without having to spend a dime getting these deals.So again, when someone asks you in a disapproval way WHY?

Then the purchaser has 10 days from the acceptance date or 3 days from receiving an inspection report (whichever happens sooner) to provide written notice of disapproved items, after which, seller may request a copy of inspection reports supporting the claim of disapproved items .

You may or may not have been doing this long enough to know that there is nothing gained by any display of disapproval outside of an eventual call for a reference.You should start to operate like anyone is a ticking time bomb and remember that you don't want that to explode near you.
