my last post on this subject.I ran into a small company  6 folks involved  boy friend girl friends  they read rich dad book then went to a guru presentation and learned about wrapping notes which of course is the bizz model your talking about.

I think another idea is come up with some renderings and a slide deck and go make presentations at the closest senior centers, Rotary and other service clubs, maybe several nearby chambers and see what kind of interest there is. 

Like a lot of posters who post here with the sole purpose of marketing their product, you become very arrogant when someone points out obvious defects in you presentation, product or service.  

If utilities are present, the property is worth what other bare land properties in the area are worth.
