I found some webinars in the cpacademy but I want to learn the basic stuff of real estate (I know about depreciation, schedule E when to file 1099 all pretty basic stuff that a normal Tax practitioner with a PTIN and License should know).Do you have any books?

Texasrealtypros looks to be only $179 a year and $179 a transaction.Eexecutivereality has 15 different plans so one might work for including one option that provides health and dental insurance.Even though you only want them to broker deals there are still many options, benefits, etc...

So a regular labor which we pay at 18/hour will be ~30-32/hour or $240-250ish out the door, that's just pure payroll, we still have to account for their paid leaves, medical/dental, etc which accounts for say 15-25%.
