What @John Underwood said ^^^ there is no way to easily control the temps.And the way my brain works as a lifelong business man is....it sounds like possible HUGE liability issue.

Having one left brain and one right brain host was a recipe that worked well for me since 2011.

You can ask to meet up for coffee or something and pick their brain about the market.Maybe use here to ask for book recommendations.

The PMS is basically the tech brain of your operation that oversees most of the moving parts. 

But there are interesting fun vibes here at BP when specific people interact, I can even predict what they're going to say and what these two folks going to debate ;-) , the forum is like a fruit market, where everyone is throwing their opinion and then for an answer that you're looking for, you write down that answer in your brain. 

Your best bet is to find someone doing the work in your area and picking his/her brain. 

It can ruin a brain or nervous system for life.
