Don't have to buy from BP, but they have curated a great list of books to read depending on what you're interested in.If you haven't purchased a primary house for yourself in your new location, I'd do that first. 

There are also plenty of non-bp books on amazon that aren't already curated into a nice basic entry level collection if you want to mix it up and ensure you have diversity of input.Good luck, and come upstairs to say hello next time you're at the Pacific Pinball Museum on Webster.

I learned that this piece is much better when there is relationship based lending and not curating a relationship for the firs time.

BP is a bit of a “tough love” type community but it is a good one, you just have to curate the advice and embrace the skin-thickening which you’ll need in this biz.

A large portion of the title insurance premium funds the search, exam and curative process. 

Was a curator assigned to the defendant(s)?

To onlookers it seemed like I had it all worked out I was curating the persona of a happy and successful investor.

I haven't done this myself, but you'll get a curated list much better than anything you can buy, at least that's what they say on the BP podcast.
