Personally  my next investment would be a single family residence with what I have already invested to increase income without some of the overhead of a sober living home if I was cruising solo.  

I can go on a 3 month cruise and NOTHING CHANGES. 

In fact, there's currently a $35 million project to widen and deepen the Canaveral Harbor.The project, scheduled for completion in November, will allow larger cruise ships and cargo vessels into the port.The port said the cargo expansion will create 5,000 jobs within the next five to seven years, with the potential for 10,000 to 15,000 jobs in the next decade or so.One last thing.

The rest of the evening was for networking but we had to leave because it is an hour away for us (Shawnee).I have been investing for a while now so I may be a little jaded to the stories of the woman who gave them her cruise money for the class and was able to go on a cruise anyway because they made her so much money!

I use google streetview to cruise the streets I grew up.

I enjoyed the two cruises we've taken but some folks hate them.I prefer the fly by the seat of my pants type of vacation.

Well Jon, we enjoyed our Baltic Cruise last year, 10 countries in 14 days.

I pop in 'virtually' several times a year, cruising zillow, craigslist, etc.

Take the ad down after you show it so those cruising ads later don't see it and know it's an old ad if you have to post again.
