It always helps to understand supply and demand.A few years ago people in this forum were saying Austin was on a rocket ship to the moon because of all the tech jobs moving in. 

I assure you that's not the case, while Jon is a monitor and does contribute greatly nothing is set up in BP, if it were I think I would have caught on by now.Myself, I simply cruise around the forum titles and see what is interesting to me or if I have something to contribute.

To me these numbers are staggering and while I don't have a crystal ball, it's hard for me to imagine a scenario where taxes do not increase in the very near future to try and "right the ship."

We are looking at a property that has the typical old interior stairs that are just short of being a ladder (reminds me of Navy ship stairs). 

I love seeing them taking cruises, or buying a fishing boat, focusing on themselves when I know they have sacrificed in the past to help me.

I tried booking several different cruises this past week in the Mediterranean for Jul/Aug of this year. 

I purchased land from them and all seems ok, i didnt get a title at first but it was the fault of the title office not ray, they said they sent it and it was delivered (it wasnt) and i had to pay $25 for them to ship me another one.

Figured I'd have it shipped to the cleaner, but interested in other people's preferences.
