I shower 3 times a day.. 1 extra shower just to make sure I don't smell like Chicken Curry, and I do my laundry twice a week. 

I do realize this may be a chicken before the egg scenario.

I never saw them chasing deals at 10 o'clock at night like I was or passed them on the road at 6AM driving for dollars like I was,  but I could always find them in a bar on Beale st. or sitting in a fried chicken joint spending money they didn't have on food they didn't need.It's just hard work.

Most had the kitchens, laundry rooms & bathrooms across the back & it was not unusual to find Chickens running wild & a cow or goat in the bathroom being milked.

I just bought a $100,000 SFR for $65k and $3,500 out of pocket...from a guy that was going to raise some chickens for me.

@Tony Castronovo - I am currently working on my first deal right now (not counting my chickens before they hatch though). 

We have horses, goats, chickens etc, so we aren’t really in a position for another house hack.

I must make sure I don't count my chickens before they hatch, but I have no problem running the potential numbers under scenarios of how many of my chickens might hatch.
